She also advises listed and unlisted companies on general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate reorganisations, private capital raisings, public securities offers and employee share schemes.

Nathanael specialises in domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions, and strategic governance advice. 

Nathanael is one of New Zealand’s leading public M&A lawyers. He co-leads the firm’s public M&A practice, and regularly advises bidders, targets, boards and independent directors on takeover offers and takeovers by scheme of arrangement.

Annie is a specialist corporate lawyer with considerable experience across complex corporate transactions and strategic advisory engagements. 

Annie’s experience includes business acquisitions and divestments, takeovers and schemes of arrangement, equity capital markets transactions and other high value transactions. She also regularly advises on foreign investment into New Zealand and leads the firm’s foreign investments practice.

Andrew, one of the firm’s co-founders, advises on a wide range of corporate, strategic and transactional matters, with a focus on takeovers, corporate advisory, governance, shareholder, co-investment and joint venture arrangements, and business acquisitions and divestments.
