Tim specialises in corporate and securities law, with particular expertise in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture transactions. 

Emma has considerable experience in corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in advising on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. 

Emma specialises in advising on acquisitions, divestments, takeovers, joint ventures and shareholding arrangements. She also advises listed and unlisted companies on general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate reorganisations, private capital raisings, public securities offers and employee share schemes.

Nathanael is one of New Zealand’s leading public M&A lawyers. He co-leads the firm’s public M&A practice, and regularly advises bidders, targets, boards and independent directors on takeover offers and takeovers by scheme of arrangement.

Annie is a specialist corporate lawyer with considerable experience across complex corporate transactions and strategic advisory engagements. 

Annie’s experience includes business acquisitions and divestments, takeovers and schemes of arrangement, equity capital markets transactions and other high value transactions. She also regularly advises on foreign investment into New Zealand and leads the firm’s foreign investments practice.
