Harmos Horton Lusk advises on the acquisition of Nature’s Flame

Harmos Horton Lusk advised Open Country Dairy, part of the Talley’s Group, on its acquisition of Nature’s Flame, a producer of high-quality sustainable energy pellets, from Norske Skog. The transaction completed on 28 February 2022.

Talley’s Group is a New Zealand-based agribusiness company that provides seafood, vegetable and dairy products across a number of divisions and brands.

The Harmos Horton Lusk team that advised on the transaction was led by director Nathanael Starrenburg, with assistance from associate Anthony Ellis.
