Harmos Horton Lusk has been named as a finalist for Asia Pacific M&A Deal of the Year at the IFLR Asia Pacific Awards 2025. The award nomination relates to Lunit’s acquisition of ASX-listed Volpara Health Technologies by way of a New Zealand scheme of arrangement for AU$295.7 million.
We acted as New Zealand legal adviser to Lunit, including advising on transaction structuring, negotiation of definitive documents, and regulatory approvals. Lunit was also advised by Baker & McKenzie, as Australian and international counsel, and by Evercore and Luminis as financial advisers.
