Harmos Horton Lusk is pleased to have advised Momentum Clinical Research on its merger with Pacific Clinical Research Network.
The businesses have combined to form an integrated Phase 1 to Phase 4 clinical trial network in Australasia providing end-to-end clinical research solutions for global pharmaceutical and biotech companies and contract research organisations. The network operates out of 20 sites across both countries.
The Harmos Horton Lusk team advising Momentum on the merger was led by directors Annie Steel and Emma Barnett and included associate Anthony Ellis.
