HARMOS HORTON LUSK ADVISES ON QUADRANT PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTMENT IN AS COLOUR

Harmos Horton Lusk is pleased to have advised the majority shareholder in AS Colour in connection with Direct Capital selling an interest in the company to Australian private equity firm, Quadrant Private Equity. The transaction completed in March 2026.

AS Colour was founded in Auckland in 2005 with a vision to raise the standard of wholesale blank apparel. AS Colour has grown to now operate twenty-seven retail locations and six distribution facilities across Europe, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
