Harmos Horton Lusk advised the Roaring Forties Energy Limited Partnership, a joint venture between The Power Company Limited and Electricity Invercargill Limited, on the sale of its 50% interest in the Southern Generation Limited Partnership to Pioneer Energy.
The Southern Generation Limited Partnership is a renewable energy development partnership that owns a portfolio of renewable generation assets including windfarms in Southland and Otago, and several hydro generation schemes across New Zealand.
The Harmos Horton Lusk team that advised on the transaction was led by director Tim Mitchelson and included associate Robbie Selbie.
