Harmos Horton Lusk advises on the Sale of Rangitata Dairies

Harmos Horton Lusk is pleased to have advised the majority partners of Rangitata Dairies in connection with the sale of Rangitata Dairies to Dairy Holdings. 

Rangitata Dairies owns and leases several dairy and support farms across the Canterbury and Otago regions.  With the acquisition of Rangitata Dairies, Dairy Holdings now holds over 60 farms across the South Island.
