Harmos Horton Lusk has been recognised with excellence awards for, and is a finalist in, two categories at the upcoming 2022 Australasian Law Awards.

The firm is nominated for M&A Deal of the Year for its role in Powering Australian Renewables’ consortium acquisition of NZX/ASX listed Tilt Renewables by scheme of arrangement for over NZ$3.05 billion.  In addition, Harmos Horton Lusk advised on New Zealand aspects of Coca-Cola European Partners’ AU$9.9 billion acquisition of Coca-Cola Amatil, which is also a finalist for M&A Deal of the Year.

Nathanael Starrenburg is a finalist for NZ Dealmaker of the Year for the second year in a row.  Nathanael is a specialist in public and private M&A and equity capital markets transactions. He led/co-led the Harmos Horton Lusk teams that advised on some of the most notable and complex corporate transactions in New Zealand in 2021, including Powering Australian Renewables’ acquisition of Tilt.
