The directors of New Zealand’s premier specialist corporate law firm, Harmos Horton Lusk, are delighted to announce the appointment of Matthew Wentz to Director and Anthony Ellis to Senior Associate.
Matt is an experienced corporate lawyer who spent over six years in top tier international firms in Singapore before returning home to join Harmos Horton Lusk in 2023. His specialist practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, private capital, and public control transactions in various industries, including digital infrastructure, technology platforms, financial services and energy.
Anthony joined the firm as a summer clerk and has over time developed considerable experience across the full range of the firm’s specialist areas, including takeovers and other public control transactions, equity capital markets and corporate governance and strategic advisory. He is commercially focussed with a deep knowledge of the firm’s clients and their businesses.
