Harmos Horton Lusk advised NZX Main Board/ASX dual-listed The a2 Milk Company Limited on its August 2018 acquisition of 8.28% of the shares in Synlait Milk Limited for $161.8 million. The shares were acquired from Tokyo-listed Mitsui & Co., Ltd which invests in businesses across a number of different sectors.
