Harmos Horton Lusk is advising Blue Sky Meats, a Southland-based, producer of high-quality boutique lamb products, and its Independent Committee of Directors on the response to a full takeover offer from Southern Lamb Investments. The transaction is the first takeover offer under the Takeovers Code launched to-date in 2022.
