Harmos Horton Lusk is advising TSX-listed Trilogy International Partners, Inc. on the sale of its 73.17% shareholding in 2degrees to Voyage Digital, a joint venture between Macquarie Asset Management and Aware Super, the owners of the Orcon Group (formerly Vocus NZ) in New Zealand. The acquisition, which values 2degrees at over NZ$1.7 billion was announced on 31 December 2021, is subject to regulatory clearances and approvals, and is expected to complete in the first half of 2022.

The Harmos Horton Lusk team advising on the transaction was led by director Annie Steel, with assistance from Andrew Harmos, and associates, Michelle Van and Anthony Ellis.
