Harmos Horton Lusk has been appointed to advise NZX-listed Vital Limited on its response to a proposed partial takeover offer from Empire Technology Limited.
Vital is an innovative telecommunications company providing fundamental nationwide infrastructure and communication services across New Zealand. Vital has been providing connected, seamless, integrated communications and coverage in New Zealand's most remote locations for over 25 years. Vital owns and operates fibre in Auckland and Wellington, is the largest commercial provider of nationwide radio in New Zealand and provides linking radio services through microwave to some of the remotest parts of New Zealand.
