Harmos Horton Lusk advised NYSE listed Vontier Corporation on its acquisition of New Zealand based technology company Invenco Group Limited, a leading global provider of retailing and payment hardware and software solutions.
Invenco Group provides technology for self-service payment solutions including outdoor payment terminals (such as at petrol stations), electronic payment servers and cloud-based services. Vontier is a global industrial technology company and the purchasing entity is a member of Vontier’s Gilbarco Veeder-Root operating group, which is a leading global provider of hardware and software infrastructure solutions for fueling and alternative energy.
