Harmos Horton Lusk’s position as New Zealand’s premier specialist corporate law firm has again been recognised by leading international rankings publications and through recent award nominations.
Chambers Asia Pacific 2020 highly ranked the firm in the Corporate/Commercial category, describing Harmos Horton Lusk as “a high-quality specialist M&A firm with a dedicated team of seasoned practitioners … noted for its diversity of experience and ability to handle complex transactions”. Four Directors/Special Counsel received individual recognition, including two “Band 1” rankings.
Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2020 ranked the firm for Corporate and M&A and Andrew Harmos was one of just four New Zealand corporate lawyers to receive an individual “Hall of Fame” ranking. Nathanael Starrenburg and Greg Horton were each awarded “Leading Individual” rankings.
IFLR1000 2020 ranked the firm for M&A, Capital Markets – Equity and Capital Markets - Debt. In addition, four of Harmos Horton Lusk’s Directors/Special Counsel received individual rankings as “highly regarded” or “market leader”. NZ Law Awards
Harmos Horton Lusk is again a finalist at the NZ Law Awards, receiving award nominations for 2020 for Deal Firm of the Year, Employer of Choice (<50 employees) and Mid-size Law Firm of the Year. The Employer of Choice award nomination follows the NZ Lawyer magazine recognising Harmos Horton Lusk as an Employer of Choice for 2020.
