Emily is a specialist corporate lawyer, with experience advising on domestic and multi-jurisdictional public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, overseas investment consents and corporate governance. 

Emily re-joined Harmos Horton Lusk in 2024. Her international experience includes working as a senior associate in the corporate transactions and advisory team at Clifford Chance in London.

  • Advised NZX-listed Abano Healthcare Group on takeovers by scheme of arrangement by a bid consortium comprising BGH Capital and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan
  • Advised Coca-Cola Europacific Partners on the New Zealand aspects of its $11.1 billion acquisition by way of a scheme of arrangement of ASX-listed Coca-Cola Amatil
  • Advised Talley’s Group on its $124m takeover of Open Country Dairy
