- Advised NZX/ASX-listed Vulcan Steel on its $88 million acquisition of Roofing Industries, one of New Zealand’s leading suppliers of roll-formed roof and cladding products and on Vulcan Steel's $96 million underwritten accelerated renounceable entitlement offer to fund the Roofing Industries acquisition
- Advising NZX-listed Manawa Energy on NZX/ASX-listed Contact Energy’s $1.86 billion takeover proposal by scheme of arrangement
- Advised UK-based Access Group on its acquisition of New Zealand headquartered business Tradify
- Advised the founding family members of NPD, a leading New Zealand fuel distributor and retailer, on the management buyout of their majority shareholding in NPD
- Advised then NZX-listed Just Life Group on its delisting from the NZX Main Board and subsequent USX-listing
