Olivia has also worked in the Tier 1 Projects, Energy and Infrastructure practice at Allen & Overy LLP in London.

- Private capital for NZ infrastructure: Advising NIFF and various Crown agencies on capital, procurement and delivery structures to utilise private investment for public infrastructure.
- Market Led Proposals: Advising as part of the assessment team at NIFF for Market-Led Proposals, the Government’s process for the private sector to develop and deliver innovative ideas and infrastructure for New Zealand.
- Canterbury earthquake rebuild anchor projects: Advising the Crown and CID on the structuring, procurement, contracting and delivery of major Canterbury rebuild projects, including Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre, Parakiore Recreation and Sport Centre and the Justice and Emergency Services Precinct.
- Chorus monetisation: Advising on the early monetisation of the Crown’s debt investment in Chorus, supporting the Government’s strategy to unlock capital for reinvestment in priority infrastructure projects.
- Plant, Health and Environment Capability facility: Advising CID on the structuring, procurement, contracting and delivery of the major biosecurity facility for the Ministry of Primary Industries
- Transmission Gully motorway PPP delivery: Advising Wellington Gateway Partnership during delivery of the Transmission Gully motorway, including drafting and negotiation of project and subcontract documentation and commercial settlements.
- Horizon Nuclear Power Project: Advising the project company on all aspects of project documentation during the development phase of the Horizon Nuclear Power Project in Wales, including procurement structuring.
- Silvertown Tunnel PPP: Advising the consortium on its successful submission to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Silvertown Tunnel in London.
